Hit the lockers change and get last few bites of poptart and can of MT DEW.
Event warmup:

None, really rushed trying to find someone that was coming down to get her number....we need to coordinate better in the future this had everyone a bit frantic leading right up to the start.

Comments:

Nice flat course and the lone hill is not major at all.

The whole race for me was just a comfortable run which was made easy by running with a partner. i usually use music but we kept upa apace until the 8 mi mark when the hill appeared. At that point i started to pull away and Damon was limited by a cramps I guess. so from that point on I just let my body push the pace a bit and on the positive it got me under the 2hr mark. really feel I could have come in under 1:50 but can't complain. I have never ran this distance and felt so good at the end. So pretty happy with that. next year we will work on time management.!!!!

What would you do differently?:

Pay better attention to my watch when crossing the mileage flags....

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Just miss read aour GPS and caused us to lose our race pace.

Event comments:

Liked running into the stadium. Wish I could have seen I was on screen when rolling toward the finish.
