My derailer was not working. I could not go into the 3rd gear on my right shifter so the hills were harder than usual. I was very comfortable other than that and over all it was quite easy.

Push myself harder and faster

It was the hardest of the three events but i only stopped a couple times to walk for a few seconds.

I didn't get shin splints:) :) so good! I felt like throwing up once. and i got cold sweats twice.
What would you do differently?:

Need to train more on the running. Practice running long distance. Run more!!!

lack of knowledge. Need to know the course and the transition rules.
