More brick workouts in training.
Dropping from 6:02 pace to 6:56 is pretty substantial

Walked around and talked with people. Drank lots of gatorade and chocolate milk.

FIX THE AWFUL ROADS.
I hate killing my speed by going over train tracks and giant bumps in the road.

Course: AWFUL. THIS NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. pot holes, rail road tracks, I had to ride through the grass and over a curb to get on the road. I don't like getting airborne on my nice carbon tri bike.
