Had trouble mounting bike. mount line was on an uphill. before the race I debated on having shoes already clipped in. I clipped them in, but maybe shouldn't have. I tried mounting once, had to get off and mount again. This cost me some time, and maybe 1st overall, as I missed 1st by 18 seconds.

Run with shoes on MAYBE.

Downhill dismount. Didn't have time to come out of my shoes, so I unclipped. Big mistake. Should have planned this better. Cost me some time.
