Glad I had wetsuit but still hard to put my head in the water, got foot caught on the first buoy's anchor because I was still walking

I didn't even put on compression sock and it was still a long T1! Couldn't get clipped in and still a little nervous from the dizziness after the swim

Bike bit me on the way into T2, I slipped while running with the bike shoes on and bike started falling away from me- I saved it but gashed open my ankle kicking the sprocket
