wetsuit strippers were used and therefore wetsuit removal was quick. 3-400m hill to transition but wasnt to too bad

run was tough but it went well, started out maybe a bit too fast and slowed alot on hills but made up a ton of ground in the run.

not a whole lot, stood under shower by finish line, but otherwise just basked in the glory of the experience

What limited your ability to perform faster:

nothing really, i feel as though the race went as well as it could have gone for me with my training levels
