Comments: Decent swim but bad job of sighting and navigation. Started slow to get breathing down and create some space. Overall, was a good swim, but I thought I was out in 30-32 minutes but they have me at 37. Transition 1

Comments: New shoes felt great (for calves) but toes were pressing against front of shoe. Was not in good enough run shape, but fine for training. What would you do differently?: This was a training race, so effort was right on. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Not in race shape yet, but this was a training race so was good. Event comments: This was a great training race and first race of the year. My race time on the site was 3:09 but I thought I was at 2:59 based on start time and finish time. Also added up individual times and also thought it was about the same.
