Comments: Needed to drink more prior to the start. By 3k I was struggling and every kilometer felt like 2. Could not get into rythm or breathing until 7k when i settled enough to make a final push in the last 500m. What would you do differently?: better prep and the weather here in the UK has been unseasonally poor for the whole winter and spring, meaning my training has been rubbish. Post race
