Pre-race routine:

Panic. No where to set up in the transition area. Felt almost hung over from lack of sleep and the 280 mile bike ride across Missouri we completed on Friday and Saturday.

Need to rehad shoulder and plan to do freestyle the next time for at least part of the race.
