Comments: Run felt good. My training volume dropped off in September so I took it easy for the first 10 km. What would you do differently?: Get some better volume in before next long race. But still happy with my finishing time Post race
Warm down: two bottles of water. space blanket What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of longer runs as my base prior to race. Event comments: Great rece tons of volunteers and all were great. This event is getting bigger each year 4 year for event which also as 5 km- 10km, HM and Marathon and relay Marathon.
