Bouyes moved, and i got off course in the first round. Still think the measured distance must have been longer than the official 1200m, I did 1650m...

Not sure about my idea of taking gel in the transitions. Takes time. Same with the electrolytes

Warm! Legs too stiff after bike leg. Distance was longer than the official 8.5km, It was 9.4km

Warm down:

Did nothing, just tried not to sit immediately. Drank a lot

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Not enough training. Inexperienced in what pace to keep at bike vs run for optimal performance.

Event comments:

A lot of people swam too short, did not go to the second buoy, yet noone were disqualified. Water very shallow, a lot of wading in the beginning and at between round 1 and 2.

Bike part ok, but with traffic.
Run leg ok.

Very hot!
