Comments:

My strategy was to pace off my training and racing buddy Tim, and that worked well. I kept within a few feet to the finish. He won his AG, and I came in 4th. My AG was stacked! It was a very fun race.

Warm down:

Just a quick snack, and socializing with a bunch of friends.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

It was a pb - not much would have made me faster, except perhaps an easier long run last week. I took it easy this week, and felt good during the race.
