Set-up equipment in transition area. Walked around - spotted people I knew chatted a bit here and there

The swim felt the best for me in this event than in past events. Starting to feel more comfortable. Still lots of work to do.

This one was hard for me. Just could not get a good pace and the rolling hills were hard for me. Just didn't go for it like I should, but I wanted to save something for the run.

Need to train more in bigger gears.

Took the first half for my legs to work right-felt like they were tighter than banjo strings. Finally felt more comfortable with my stride lengthing more.

Just need to learn to push myself more to the max and not hold back.

Need more training.
