What would you do differently?:

i need to quit seeding myself so far back. All I did was swim over people. Everyone was in my way!

I actually felt GREAT on this run. Passed TONS of people! Probably a good thing the bike was like it was, slowed me down and enabled me to really run.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Nothing- 4 months out from surgery. Very thrilled indeed.

Event comments:

The post race awards took WAY TOO LONG to start. It was ridiculous!
