Pre-race routine:

All set, alarm at 3AM, Good breakfast in the hotel. Usual bread with Marmalade, Cappuccino, Banana, Cereals
Event warmup:

Got on time at transition zone, prepared the zone and the transition. Got in the water for a little swim test, everything fine.

Comments:

The Mass start is not great if you are sensitive to swimming with many people... tried to stay on the left side of the pack but ended up in the best lane with obviously the most of the people. I managed to swim on/with the others and got kicked just once on my face. 2nd and 3d parts of the triangle were easier.
