Comments: Nice course round lake but struggled with knee. What would you do differently?: Practice running grass and protect knee, not be too timid at beginning, stretch out more. Post race
Warm down: tracksuit on, stretches What limited your ability to perform faster: Absence of road bike, concern about running out of puff.
