Comments:

This was the Army 10-miler. What else do I need to say. Everything from the Expo to the Race itself - the course, the volunteers, the fans - was top notch. Nothing could be more inspiring than running through the streets of D.C. with 35,000 other people, including our wounded warriors. Thank you to all the soldiers who protect our freedom everyday and thank you to the Army for putting on such a great race.
What would you do differently?:

I was injured for about 10 weeks before this race and didn't run. My time was slow, but I still had fun!!
Post race
Warm down:

The lines for food were crazy so we just went back to our hotel and I ate there.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Being injured and not running!!

Event comments:

Awesome race in an awesome location. If you have a chance, do this race!!
