Ate oatmeal at 430. Drank coffee and ate a croissant from Surfing Donuts. Drank a little water. Got there pretty early to claim a good spot and get everything ready.

I didn't realize it would be a reverse triathlon until two days before the event. I didn't like the swim at the end, it was much harder despite it being in a pool and very short.
