What would you do differently?:

do more swim/bike bricks. was expecting 18.5 mph

cramping in lower/inner quad for first 2 miles. Hamstrings were ok, but definitely tender. Walked darn near 2 miles of it. Take off the 2 miles walking and I was at my target time of 2:00
What would you do differently?:

Couldn't train for the run because of bruised rib and torn ab muscle. It hurt to breathe deeply, and this cut my running regimen short.
