Comments:

Swim was just awful, I wore my surf wetsuit intead of my regular wet suit. It filled with water every time i tried to freestyle stroke. Normall a good swimmmer but I felt like I was going to drown

Not wear that stupid surf suit

The stupid surf suit was not very easy to get out of and I was mad and out of breath so it did not go too well

Didn't really have any prob with the climb, thanks to getting some practice on my climbing. Had to take it easy on the down hill though, wet pavement

Felt pretty good and ran the whole way, but slowed down really alot so I would not fall down the grassy wet hill :)

Warm down:

Just walked around some and complained about my sorry swim time LOL

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Swimming with half the lake in my wet suit didn't help for sure but other than that I was Ok with it

Event comments:

HFP does a great job with this race and it is the fast strat to a long weekend
