Comments: Awesome run. I had to run hard - every mile was fairly consistent. the weather for running was great. I was looking at mile splits and didn't realize how close to -40 i was. I was concerned about getting under 2:30. This was great a course PR Post race
Warm down: hang around a bit - get stuffed packed up - everything is wet What limited your ability to perform faster: pre-race nerves? I think i did the best i could considering the conditions. Nerves! Rained since last racking my bike saturday afternoon. had seconmd thoughts of doing the race, but had to drive to sight to get bike. didn't sleep well, got up, ate and packed van. The 20 minute drive was all heavy rain and lightening.
Very little warmup. I took my bike out of Transition, turned in timing chip, later reconsiodered when the race was delayed and got things back together. maybe 100 yd jog to start
