Swim
Comments: There's not a lot of ways to say it. I pacniked. BAD! Tried free style swimming at the beginning. That's when i got in trouble. Then tried breaststroke. Didn't work either. In the first 5 minutes i thought of dropping out of the race about 100 times. Did sidestroke for the rest of the way. Lost a lot of energy in the first segment. Transition 1
Comments: Felt disorieented coming out of the water. Hyperventilation? Bike
Comments: Ran with the bike, pedaled with my shoes clipped in. Had a hard time getting in my shoes. Riding was the best part of the whole race. What would you do differently?: Get new shoes or put shoes in at T1. Transition 2
Comments: All good. What would you do differently?: Not much, everything went well. Run
Comments: Walked a bit during the race. Post race

Woke up at 6:15am. Put everything in my car. Ate some pasta. Then left for the race. Drank 1 litre of water getting to the race. Set-up my area, no problem. Should have arrived earlier to get my goodies bag, bib number and to be number marked. Then go back to my car to get my stuff and set-up my area.
Stretching and a bit of jogging
