• Comments: After thinking about it, I like how they set us up in transition. Lining us up themselves in order of arrival worked out nicely. (But, was I placed near a person who felt compelled to swipe my bike computer?? Or somebody who accidentally thought it was theirs and accidentally took it home with them?) There are lots of awesome volunteers; score-this does a nice job organizing races; the lake, bike route and run are fantastic!

• Comments: It's as good a local race as you're going to find. I really like the bike rack system score-this has come up with, every competitor gets the same amount of transition space. They've worked out the kinks from the corral swim starts and it went very smoothly. There were some comments about tight space where the run course enters and exits the street due to it being narrow and spectators crossing right there.

• Comments: This race is fairly well run. Lots of volunteer support. The weather has been great this summer so the lake was still 72 degrees. Its nice to attend these races and meet or spend some time with the great people I have met here on BT! As you can tell by the results, I will probably never be an age group winner, so the thing I enjoy from these is pushing to get better and especially the social aspect that makes the training hours worth while! I'm looking forward to doing it again next year when I can balance the training rather than having the marathon as a focus.
