  • Comments: Same time as last year. The run was faster but the swim and bike were not.

  • Comments: This was a small-town, low-key event. Not big on production, but the folks were friendly and for a good cause.

  • Comments: Fun day. Recovery was quicker than expected. I found myself looking for another tri as soon as I can find one that is nearby. Otherwise, begin extended training time.
