  Swim: 1/4 mile "M" shaped in Sunrise Laek in Lewis Morris Park
  Bike: Two 5 mile loops from Lewis Morris Park into Jockey Hollow Park with short but challenging hills
  Run: Along shade covered Patriot's path two 1 1/2 mile loops -off road path
