• Description: The Olympic distance triathlon features a 1500 meter 1-lap clockwise rectangle swim along the beach, while the duathletes are running an out & back 5k on the bike trail, followed by a single loop 25mi bike course through the countryside surrounding the park and finishing with an out & back 10k run on the bike trail to the turnaround before returning for a grand finish at the park.
