  SWIM: The Open Water Swim is straight across the shallow portion of the private boat dock area of Lake Alan Henry. There will be lifeguards standing in the water beside the swimmers and kayakers along their swim course. The swimmers will be following a lane rope to guide their swim. If a swimmer needs to stop and rest they can hold onto a lifeguard or rope or kayak to rest. The average water temperature in Lake Alan Henry is 70-74 degrees.
  
  BIKE: Out and back bike course on mostly flat, asphalt roads.
  
  RUN: Out and back run course on asphalt and dirt roads.
