Performance

perform well, very light shoe

Strengths

easy to slip on, great for tri's, no shoe laces, cool lookin in appearance,very light, great for track workouts as well

Weakness

says it can be used without socks, however I got blisters past 4 miles, many other triathletes I know had the same issue
