Very easy. I had to use a sleeve, because my original seat post was 31.6mm in diameter and the FFC is 27.2mm.

It takes a little bit to get used to, because more weight is put on the front wheel. After riding in the new more forward position I was used to it.

No complaints. The main reason I used the carbon version as opposed to the aluminum version was mechanical stress points. Because I weigh around 225lbs the curved carbon seat post doesn't have a single mechanical failure points as opposed to the kink in the aluminum version.

Nice aero appearance, but that wasn't the main deciding factor.

Bought it from Tri-Zone. Extremely fast shipping and good communication via email.

Lowering the handlebar in conjunction with a more forward seating position seems to help, esp. with strong headwinds.
