"See "strenghts" above. Great tool, be creative in it's use. Check out "Out of the Box" book by Terry Laughlin for more details on its use. "AdventureBear
Quality of Construction

Comfort
Barely noticed when slipped under swim cap
Adjustability
press right buttin to increase pace by .01 seconds, left button to decrease.
Durability
No issues so far
Value
2nd best investment in my swim training next to TI coaching
Appearance
Cute and blue
Strengths
So many applications other than just setting yoru tempo. Do a few swim sets with focus on form to get a starting stroke count. Set hte TT for 1.30 or 1.40 seconds (slower for newer swimmers). Swim 25 and count strokes. Decrease by .01 seconds each lap and try to maintain strokes. If your stroke count stays the same...you just got free speed.
Can play with it in lots of other ways too.
Weakness
Can get annoying if you use it too much. Balance time spent working on form and stroke thoughts with moderate TT use.
