"I love these! I am probably going to get the KSO's as well for running on the trails and general use. The Bikila's have done wonder in the limited time I have run in them with helping me find my natural stride. I run about 1.5-2 miles in them at a time about once a week (until an injury which is why I only have a few miles in them at this point). I plan on slowly increasing that distance in them and also plan on using these on the trails to see how they do there. As of now I have only used these on the road. I will definitely buy VFF's again!"ferretracer

Not as easy as slipping on sneakers, for me. It takes me a few seconds to get my toes lined up and in place :) Might be just me, but that's why it's not a 5/t

These Bikila's are very high quality. This is based only on my impressions of them, not because of high use. The upper is very stretchy and seems like it will be very durable. The bottom show little sign of wear (about 8 miles running and about 20 walking) for the limited use they have had. It seems like ti will hold up over the test of time!

You need to make sure you try them on! I tried going my the measurement process on-line, but the size I measured for did not fit right. I ended up going to a store to try on different sizes until I got the right fit.

Heaven! I love how they feel! I have worn these at work once (I'm a teacher) for about 10 hours total and they were very comfortable!

These are not very adjustable at all except for the Velcro strap across the top. BUT these are NOT meant to be adjustable! You must get the right size for you!!

The Bikila's have held up well for the 28 miles of walking and running I have done in them!

The Bikila's are about the same price as a high quality pair of running shoes. I believe in 'You get what you pay for' for shoes. These are worth it!

Appearance? Oh yeah, these are definitely eye catchers! You can get them in a variety of colors, but the Bikila's colors are not ones that will keep them hidden- they will catch the eyes of those around you! I love how they look! Not just the 5 toes, but the color schemes as well. I have the royal blue ones.

I did not need this through Vibram, but Schuykill Valley Sports was great with finding the right size in other stores for me!

So far, so good! They have held up well. My feet and toes love them! These have definitely helped with my running form. It's impossible (for me) to strike heel first in these. I definitely run naturally in these- mid/forefoot strike, short fast low gate.

style, build, cost, FIT!, overall foot conditioning, help with running form.

getting the right fit took time (but worth it), length of time to get them on (it's not too long, but compared to laced running shoes, it does take some time)
