"excellent clip less pedal. Never been a road rider so not sure how they would do, but couldn't imagine a mountain bike with anything else. I love how quick I can clip in or out if needed. "DragonBear

screw them in and go. very easy for anyone to install and use
Quality of Construction
super tough
Fit
at first it looks small, but it fits my big feet with no problems. I love the different foot positions I can move to during a ride. Allows me to isolate inside/outside portions of muscles, or work the whole muscle.
Comfort
great on single track and downhills, can get hot spots in the ball of your foot on long flat spins.
Adjustability
good range of motion with foot positions. sometimes I ride with toes kicked out/in, others with toes straight ahead.
Durability
not sure there is a tougher pedal made. Can take a beating and keep on speeding
Value
very inexpensive starter pedals
Appearance
looks like it should be covered in cake batter and licked, not kicked. That's not brownie mix.
