Ease of use
Once adjusted you just slip your feet into your shoes. I even put them on my walking shoes.
Quality of Construction
Have never had an issue with them. They last longer than the shoes do.
Fit
Hard to screw this up. It's a piece of elastic string.
Comfort
Once adjusted correctly they are very comfortable. I find they spread the force across the entire front of the foot as opposed to the spot with traditional laces tie.

These things save you a good 30 seconds over traditional laces in T2. Well worth $10.
