Ease of use
They made my run a better one. I had been having some issues with my posture and they helped me be engaged.
Quality of Construction
I have had them since May and they are still going strong.
Fit
Great fit and comfort.
Comfort
Great wide padded bottom for easy transition from bike to run.
Adjustability
Has draw strings if you need them. I have not had a need to use them as they fit so well.
Durability
had to cut a couple threads off, but all and all great.
Value
great value, I got them at half price!
Appearance
The only issue is that they are a pink colour which makes them see through. Not a big deal if I wear a long running shirt, but not good if you wear polkadot underwear!

i have not had to use their customer service, so I can not rate this.

Strengths
Great padded bottom. Elastic on legs is great to keep them in place and they do not ride up. LOVE THESE SHORTS!
Weakness
See through PINK, but not in black.

They were a bit difficult to get on at first, but once I was used to how tight they were, It was a breeze.
