Ease of installation

After watching the video, it was fairly easy to install the rim tape. Installing the tires (Conti GP4000s) was a bit of a struggle however.

Quality of Construction

After a full season of riding and racing, they have held up very well. Seem to be very sturdy wheels.

Comfort

I was a little worried about how they would handle in a heavy winds, but after a few rides in 20 km/h + winds, there were no handling issues and I barely noticed a difference.

Durability

Very sturdy. I use them for racing and for my outdoor training rides as well. As stated above, after a full season of riding both wheels have held up and no issues to complain of.

Value

At under $900, compared to other aero wheels the FLO 60/90 combo are an excellent value.

Appearance

Compared to the standard wheels on my Felt B16, the FLO 60/90s look great! They offer several options for colours and have a "stealth" line as well.

Customer Service

I have not had too much interaction with the folks at FLO, but based on their posts on this forum and their periodic newsletters, I have been impressed with how they treat and value their customers.

Performance

Very fast! I have seen a definite improvement in my bike splits and contribute a good portion of that to these wheels.

Strengths

Reasonable price, sturdy construction and fast wheels.

Weakness

The only weakness I can think of is that they are a little heavier than other aero wheel options.
