They need to come up with a better wat to do this, you swim down and back in same lanes, people were swimming into each other. etc
What would you do differently?:

I have never swam 13:00 in training, the fastest I swam was 13:30, I guess I should put a faster swim time down.

First tri with clipless pedals, I have only been clip less for a few weeks, it went well, there was a mandatory dismount and a run with the bike ala cyclecross for about 200 m....it went ok though

Practice and time transitions, my transition time was 15 out of 19...

drank some water, ate some great food that set up had,,,hot chicken pot pie and soup was Great

What limited your ability to perform faster:

old, fat, lazy.....should I go on ????

Event comments:

Set up does great races, I love their races I also got to meet some BT folks the night before and during the Race...Jim from augusta, southenaquagoddess, runnergirl29, gullahcracker and some others and I had dinnerthe night before and we chatted during/before and after the race. They are all awesome...had a great time

Course: Pool swim in very narrow lanes, almost impossible to pass. I put my est time at 13:00, I passed 10 people at least. I guess the adrenaline got me going. I had a great swim and have gotten a lot better, heart rate was good.
