Event comments:

Last year this was my first triathlon ever. The race was moved to a new venue this year (Midlothian YMCA) because ACAC is rebuilding its indoor pool. While I have seen much improvement with a year of training and racing under my belt, I was sad that the race course was different so I was unable to do a side-by-side comparison to my results from last year. The new course was fine, although the last mile uphill on the run was brutal.
