Good swim. Started slow and built speed as I got more comfortable in my surroundings.

fast transition. ran from lake to bike. then ran to mount site and jumped on bike.
What would you do differently?:

Get triathlon shoes. Air was cold on my toes, so maybe I would put on my toe guards for protection.

run was slower than expecting, probably because I pushed hard on the bike. My hamstring was tight near the end of the run.

Breathing was heavy. Legs felt good.
What would you do differently?:

stretch better before the race. I need to increase VO2Max.

lack of run training because of injuries

I plan on doing this race again. It was lots of fun.
