My stomach was killing me half way through the bike. I took aspirin in the morning for a headache and it killed my stomach. was dry heaving around mile 35. Every time I sipped my perpetrium I felt nausea.
What would you do differently?:

No aspirin. what was I thinking

Not a bad course. I had a bloated stomach and a bad right side splint. I went a fast as I could without puking. Walked water stations. could not take in a gu or any nutrition.

Set a PR for myself. Great Lake Placid tuneup. I thought it was a awesome race. Very laid back and friendly. First time doing this. I think I may do it every year. I had a lot of fun despite stomach issues. Announcer was great. Food was awesome.
