Did not swim well. Can't seem to get a rythm going. I was worn out 1/2 way through. Finally felt good near the end.

Go slow in the beginning. Don't start in the middle of the pack.

Wetsuit off as soon as out of water. This worked well, easy to get off. Need a place to put suit when I get back though.

Swim course was crowded/confusing. Bike roads were concrete with several holes, but good challenge. All in all a pretty good race course. Will feel more comfortable next time. Thought there should have been some loud music playing.
