Drink more Nuuns at T2 or just before end of bike.
Train more for the run. Longest two runs were 5 miles around the neighborhood and 7 mile run home from school 9 days before the race.

Post race
Warm down:

Walked around a lot.
Went swimming in the ocean.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Cramping on the run.

Event comments:

Excellent first Olympic distanct triathlon.
The swim was perfect. No swell, beautiful beach. Well organized.
I will be back next year, definitely!
James(8) and Madison (11) met me at the finish line.
James at the finish "Did you like it, Daddy?"
Through tears of emotion from having finished, "Yes, James. I liked it."
