Comments:

Had to stop and stretch on first hill... tight hammys. Course threw me for a loop... expecting out and back but this went through the woods for the last mile. Not bad... mostly downhill but unexpected nonetheless.

Push through it. Consume more liquid on the bike.

Overall great event for first time. Enough to get me hooked. Signed up for 5 in '08. Unfortunately I can't make this one in '08 because of a scheduling conflict but 'll be back in '09.
