  • Comments: very fun, fast, small town race. it's a first year race that needs some fixes, but i had a great time and would do it again. issues: 1. no bike numbers or security in transition. 2. started 20 minutes late. 3. swam up current. that's fine i guess, but let people know that ahead of time

  • Comments: I missed the awards ceremony because I was swimming in the ocean. If I had stayed I would have met Kristin & Brad (my mentors friends). Overall, it was much more difficult than I expected but I am determined to keep training and improve. Hey, I did it!

  • Comments: First year for this race. It was great to be so close to Karen and Mike's. Pros: location, fun bike course, spectator friendly, nice pint glasses for AG awards Cons: no bike numbers = no TA security, unorganized in the AM, late start, swim into the current, no mile markers on the run, slow packet pickup with limited hours I'd do this race again, despite the cons. It was great to be so close and it's always fun to race with Brad.
