  • Comments: This was my first MAJOR race. Perhaps this is why I liked it so much. Everything appeared organized, everything was fun. The course was beautiful. The post-race events were pretty cool. Overall I was so happy and glad that I did this race. Originally I was going to try a different race, but I am very tempted to do the half-marathon again next year, perhaps to warm up for a late season marathon. The volunteers were awesome, enthusiastic, and amazing. Law Enforcement were great about handling the traffic.
