  • Comments: This is always a fun race. The chile cook off and beer was just some of the action. There were many venders selling the garbage food we all love. Ill be back next year.

  • Comments: This was my first race ever back in 2009, and I've done it as an anniversary race every year since (and have placed every year except the first!). This is a family fun festival with vendors, booths, games, food, and a chili cook-off complete with beer. Something for everyone!

  • Comments: This is probably the best race I've ever done as far as the setup/activities. They have a whole family festival going on with vendors, kids play area, and a chili cookoff. I hope to do this race every year. It means a lot to me because it is the race that started me on my current path which will hopefully lead to Ironman. But it all started with this little ole 5K in Lumberton!
