  • Comments: Had a crappy swim and rode too hard on bike for little gain. Too tired on run.

  • Comments: About the Swim Course...some people commented that the nasty water was cuz the descomposition of the sea weed other commented cause/effect after Tropical Fay...I really don't know...but...It was a real huge toilet...LOL
