  • Comments: Well done Multirace on once again moving at last minute the venue due to construction. I still like the grass in transition and the extra 2 miles of biking that Crandon offers but the swim and the run at the Marine Stadium made up for it. See you at Miami Man and again next June.

  • Comments: I like Miami Marine Stadium better than Crandon Park. Mostly because of the swim/bike transition is SOOO long at Crandon. The bike course is pretty much the same, so not complaints there, but the run course is a lot better at MMS. Lots of shade, soft terrain, etc.

  • Comments: Overall heartrate - avg. 176; max 189. 658 calories I PR'd by 37 seconds from the last Trilogy and this one was definitely hotter and after a solid week of training with no rest. Another podium finish (awards are 5 deep - yea). I am right on target for Cancun!

  • Comments: Great race- it's been so long since I raced- St. Anthony's was my last race- that it made me realize I miss racing! Now, I don't want to be like Aaron and race EVERY weekend, :) but I'm definitely going to start entering some more races. This week was a very tough week for me, with starting my new job and dealing with other stresses that really brought me down in the dumps. This race was the perfect thing for me to pick me back up and get my spirits going again. Thanks to Barry for being a wonderful jockstrap as always- we left the camera at home this time, so sorry, no pics. Just wanted to enjoy the race and be in the moment instead of worrying about taking pics.

  • Comments: Overall the planning was excellent!! The timing company had a problem with the scoring and all contestants had to leave without knowing who won. I still don't know what my intervals were at the time i'm inputing this. I hope to have the scores by days end. My wrist polar shows the following: Total: 1:15.43 HR 174/190 1159 cal S: 13:22.9 (incl T1) B: 30:46.7 T2: 1:15 R: 29:11 4:59 pm- Times were uploaded to the Tri Miami site with no interval timing. My official total time is now listed. Hoping to get interval timing later. OK!!! Thanks to the good people at Buttar.com, the official resuls came in this afternoon. Thanks for getting us the scores! Congratulations to my 2 buddies on their scores also: They rock for letting me train with them! F.Collada S-9:11-- T1-0:53-- B-26:28-- T2-:55-- R-22:19-- TTL-00:59:48 W.
