I have question about nutrition on the long course. I know you're supposed to get nutrition on the bike, but I find it really difficult to maneuver. I can't get my gel pack out of my back pocket and then get it open to eat! I know this sounds really beginnerish, but what tricks, tools or prayers can I use to be able to have my food more accessible on the bike portion especially when the course is extra hilly and you don't have long stretches of time to fumble around?Answer:There are products like the Bento box that you can put on your handle bars that you can put food in for the bike. This will help you access your calories in front of you rather than reaching into your pockets. Another solution is to mount two water bottles on your frame and then a third behind the seat. [.....]
