Subject: RE: 5X5 Weight TrainningNice! I started very light to be on the safe side since it's been forever since I did any lifting, I'm up to 99 (45kg) on the squats and 132 (60kg) on the deadlifts. The DL were light and was doing 10 reps but here on out I'm doing 5 reps to save my lower back. I had to pick up some boxes and climb some stairs this past weekend, sure was nice to zoom up skipping steps without any fatigue! Wondering how this will impact the bike workouts when I start the trainer next week . X |
