Yeah I bet that got your attention didn't it Well its the end of another month, time to reflect on the amount of training I did in April. That is what it all adds up to, 4 miles swimming, 115 miles on the bike and 26 miles running. Now if I could just put that together in one day. ;-)

Hahaha, certainly grabbed my eye!

I must admit, I've found myself doing the same thing. It really puts into perspective those who do all of that in one day.

This season, sprints. Next season, olympics and maybe 1/2 IM. Season after that, who knows, maybe I'll be ready to test myself against the Iron. If not, I'm still lovin' it.

The same thing crossed my mind yesterday, after finishing a long bike ride, would I want to jump off and run a marathon? I hardly think I was ready for that. But baby steps first, it'll all come together.
